How does the challenge work?

 
The Challenge is online and you can do it from anywhere (Your home, in the park, the gym, or wherever you prefer). The first thing we will do once you choose your challenge is that you fill out a form to know all your history and after this, you are in charge of scheduling the initial consultation, when you want to start.
 
 
The initial online assessment consultation (can be done by skype, whatsapp, zoom, meeting or by video call on messenger), is to discuss your background, health status, current habits and we will define the objectives to be met.
 
 
After this consultation, you will receive the first email with all the information to evaluate abdominal diastasis (Only for moms), photos are requested and complete your assessment
 
 
With this information, we make the diagnosis, we design your program in a personalized way, your food plan, we teach you the LPF technique and finally we give you a routine for you, all according to your goals.
 
 
From the first day there is constant and continuous monitoring for 30 business days, support and motivation via WhatsApp. As well as spaces to solve doubts and be in communication, to be able to see the progress and the results. To make sure that you are learning in the right way, videos and photos are constantly requested, which you send yourself through WhatsApp.
 
 
The entire challenge is supported by audiovisual material, which will be delivered to you via email.
 
 
Once you finish the 30 days and master the technique, we will have a new consultation (final), where we will reinforce everything learned and re-evaluate objectives.
